Kyle Hinchey
ATTORNEY
Kyle Hinchey is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, including railroad defense, insurance defense, and personal injury matters.
After graduation from Oklahoma State University, Kyle spent seven years as a journalist with the Tulsa World and The Oklahoman. Throughout his journalism career, he covered Oklahoma's public education system, courts, and criminal justice system, and produced investigative reporting on issues of statewide and local significance. His background as an investigative journalist sharpened the research, analytical, and communication skills he now brings to his legal practice.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2024, where he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta, the law school's legal fraternity. In addition to his current practice, he has experience representing clients in business litigation, contract disputes, property matters, and a broad range of other civil litigation matters.
Kyle is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC).
