Biography

Allison Lee has represented corporate clients, from small businesses to national corporations, in railroad defense, product liability, pharmaceutical, medical device, premises liability, and insurance defense matters. She also regularly counsels clients about achieving and protecting their interests through contracts and internal policies.

Ms. Lee's highly analytical approach to law helps her understand her clients' needs and objectives, fashion case strategies tailored to the strengths and weaknesses of the particular case, and advance her clients’ goals in both litigation and appeals.

She graduated from Bradley University with honors in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She was a member of her college national champion speech team and was a multiple national finalist in extemporaneous speaking. She received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University of St. Louis, graduating with honors. At Washington University, Ms. Lee and her teammates won the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court competition and were individually named as the top speaker of the national tournament.

Ms. Lee is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma, Illinois, and Missouri, as well as the federal district courts in Illinois, Missouri, and Oklahoma. She is also a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC), Missouri State Bar, Illinois State Bar, and American Mensa.
